              It is very important process to select a candidate for a particular company. HR will mainly concentrate on the candidate's ability, how is he speaking. He'll checkout the stability of a student. This process will carried throughout the year, especially in BPO wherein people generally migrate from one company to another. Generally rounds are depend on company's rules and regulations. Some companies have 2 rounds and some have 10 rounds. Generally we don't imagine what would happen with us in interview. We are so nervous in attending interview, we feel what the HR will think about the person. That is human nature we cannot come over through it, While going to interview we have prepare well and should gather information about company's profile that would help us. And moreover our selection is based on luck and HR's situation, if both are with us then we can easily get a job. Apart from this we have to have some basic knowledge about what we going to do?.
