              It is very important process to select a candidate for a particular company. HR will mainly concentrate on the candidate's ability, how is he speaking. He'll checkout the stability of a student. This process will carried throughout the year, especially in BPO wherein people generally migrate from one company to another. Generally rounds are depend on company's rules and regulations. Some companies have 2 rounds and some have 10 rounds. Generally we don't imagine what would happen with us in interview. We are so nervous in attending interview, we feel what the HR will think about the person. That is human nature we cannot come over through it, While going to interview we have prepare well and should gather information about company's profile that would help us. And moreover our selection is based on luck and HR's situation, if both are with us then we can easily get a job. Apart from this we have to have some basic knowledge about what we going to do?.

          From spoon to software everything is made through machine, if the human being is wanted to travel they  are using some means of transport. In olden days humans are used to travel by them self or on horses. But because of technology they are reaching their targets according to their wish. In this generation people are focused on their jobs and family.
          Take for example TV remote, by which we can move from one channel to another sitting anywhere in a room. Technology has changed the lives of human being. Since morning from the bed to night to the bed human cannot survive without cell phone, vehicle, etc. If once imagine without all these things how would human can survive on this planet. Suppose say there is nothing left for humans to survive i.e no vehicles or cell phone, what would be the result?
           Humans are unaware about the future, so what is the future if it is happening continuously. Humans are busy with competing with each other and varied about their lives. In this generation everything is compared with money, because of this humans are making sins in their lives. People should realize now, why they are on this planet for what purpose they born on this earth.
           Technology is not everything for human beings, for example we cannot eat technology but it is used for surviving on this planet. Technology has achieved its hight wherein today scientists can easily reach to the moon or other planet because of this technology. Even they can easily communicate in the space without any interruption  because of technology. Technology made a good deal in human life.
           If you go through with 19th century and 21st century we can observe many changes in living style of human beings. Our forefather used to live for 100 years, but now the life span of human being is reduced to 70-80 years. This is because of technology which changed the human's life style.
           There are many things to talk about technology, from transportation to manufacturing goods everything is based on technology. Even in our houses the electronic goods which we are using are developed on technology i.e TV, computer, refrigerator, CD player, etc.

            Now technology is a part of human race, our newer generations are depended on this technology. Within seconds we can achieve to our goal and we can chat with our family members whenever we want and we can change the temperature of the room all these is because of technology. Coming future how it would be  no one knows, it might be good or it might be bad. We have to have some responsibility to save this earth and we all should feel responsible for it.
            If this happens then we can achieve a new way of life on this earth. For this every human should cooperate with each other, then only we can achieve what we want. Instead of depending on technology human should start thinking about them regarding what they want. They have to realize it before going to any process or any work.
            In some cases technology might be correct, why because humans can achieve their target and they can have some time to think about their lives. If this technology is implemented in proper way then human race can define a new way of life on this earth. This is how it would be used for human's day to day life for surviving on this planet.

         After education we need a job right! most of the students are in the same view. Perhaps they are right because here their prestige will get hurt if they won't find a job.  This is a human nature wherein everyone falls in same nature, but on the other hand they are making their life small, How? People are so tense and their are hurry in job finding they'll make it as a target in their life. They should be because here we live our life with our parent's money and them. But in other countries people after certain age separate from their parents.

         This is the rule of their country, that they should live separately and earn money by their own. By this they are making their life so happy, individual and expose to global market. By doing this there are so many advantages a person can achieve in his life. This would probably help in country's development as well. There is one quote:

                                 Country means not a sand, it means human being.


           If people in a country are good then that country is said to be a developed country. If we keep our surroundings clean, then we can leave happily throughout life. There are different scenarios which human being come across in his/her life, according to them they have to survive. This is important humans are made to live in different conditions, temperature and with many people.

            After graduation that means 20 years of life is passed in one's life, no one is care about this one. They are in competition with others, life racing one human with other. But is too small we have to enjoy it as much as we can, once if pass then it cannot come back. So we have to take care about it, and live peacefully throughout life. 

Education is a business

          In 21st century people are making education as business. There are several examples we can see in our present life, education institutes are making it as a business. In schools they are forcing students to buy everything from their institute like books, dress, pen, pencils, etc. Middle class people unable to bear this type of expenses and taking loans to provide their children to buy all the things in their schools. Parents are focusing on their child's education and suffering from many problems in their life.  There should be one commander to all these institutes wherein they can be ruled by one man. Then we can control the flow in fee hike and help the poor people.
      
          One must represent for all these process in the country and handled by him, here we can meet our requirements. By this way people can get some relief in their lives and they can provide better education for their  children. One must think about the poor people's situation and charge according to them, everyone can get good education. For this government has to take some necessary steps to help poor or middle class people in their financial problems. I guess if this happens then everyone in the country will get good education and respect in the society as well.

         Education is taught not to be earned, if this is it then within a few days country called as developed country. Through education we can learn how to do business, but education is not a business people should think that.  We can learn many things through education wherein, we can use all the skills into the business. In present situation without education we cannot start a new business, for that we have to have some knowledge on market and sales, etc.

        Education is must for communication with others in the society and with business personality. With education we can also learn attitude, the way of living and the way of talking. It'll teach us many things in our life and makes many changes as well. So everyone should give importance to the education and should try to help others to educate in their life. By this we can make a lot of changes in one's personal life and in the society also.

Communication

            Communication is a Greek work which means expressing your thoughts and ideas with other person or in front of a group. Though there are many types of communications, mostly we use verbal and written to communicate. English is the global language where every country accept this language, because British ruled the world in 19th century i.e it is become a global language.

            Though every country has its own language to communicate but those countries will respect this language. Each and every individual should respect english language as it is global language. But most of the people confuse which language should follow whether American or British.
            Anyhow a person should decide himself which language suits him, then he can communicate easily with others. He should enjoy the language then only he can able to speak properly in english otherwise a person cannot communicate properly in this language.
             Most of the people in interview they'll check how well a person is speaking, he should talk in dynamic way, so that he can attract people towards his speech. If a person communicate well then he'll get good respect in society as well, why because with communication a person can convince people.
             Generally a person cannot speak properly in english because of not practicing the language and a non-native of speaking english. Most of the people practice a lot to get perfect in this language, then only a person can meet his requirements. If this is not done well then a person cannot speak properly in english, what he want to speak.
             Present generation is too fast in all aspect of life, they are learning easily and quickly anything which comes in their way. For them english is not a big task because now everyone is able to speak in english, which help them to speak well from their childhood.
             If this happens then everyone in this world can able to speak in english easily, if two things are coming in way then we have to select one of them. If we select both then it would be a problem for us or we cannot go for both of them. Some ain't need practice of english because they have enough knowledge with them to communicate in this language.
             Now a days people are so enthusiastic to learn english language and they are working hard on it. A person should have faith in him, then only he can able to learn the language. If this happens then one day will come, in the world everyone can able to speak in english language easily.
              Try not to imitate others, because they have their own tone and skills to speak and you have you tone and skills to speak. It might bring some difference when you imitate others, this should not happen. If you want to speak a perfect english then work hard on it then you'll get a good result.
               There is one quote slow and steady wins the race, so you should follow this quote while practicing english language. If you practice well, then you'll do well this is how it says, These are few points about communication.
